Handcrafted in New York by Makis Nikolopoulos, each bouzouki, tzouras and baglamas is shaped by hand with careful attention to tone, balance, playability and detail.
From the selection of tonewoods to the final setup, every instrument is built to carry its own voice while remaining deeply connected to Greek musical tradition.

HANDCRAFTED FOR THE MUSIC
Every bouzouki at Bouzouki Space is individually handcrafted using carefully selected tonewoods, including German spruce, walnut, maple and ebony. From shaping the wooden bowl and neck to fitting the soundboard, finishing and final setup, every stage of the process receives personal attention.
As both a professional bouzouki player and luthier, I build each instrument with a focus on tone, balance, response and comfortable playability. Every bouzouki is played and tested before it leaves my New York workshop.
